They say that alot of us are descendants of alien races...Can anyone tell me how one would go about identifying which race one comes from? Like, what should one look for?

There are theories that humans were 'seeded' on this planet (no info who or how), other theories say that life as we know it comes from Mars - after a small piece of solar debris collided with Mars small pieces of Mars' surface crashed on Earth, brought thousands of bacteria and created life. Science tells us that we evolved from apes, and the Holy Bible tells us that it was the God that created us.
Because we don't have proof of anything I still don't know who to believe but there is an interesting story in India's Vedas. It tells about the king that decided to leave his kingdom in his flying palace. On his way he nuked a few kingdoms including his. It doesn't actually say that he dropped the nuke but the text describes in details how king's 'arrow' exploded and how people were suffering from a strange illness days after the explosion.
So if this is true we humans have a longer history than we are aware of. I personally believe that we are all the same - that there are no different alien races between us.

Study BEAM contact 251, it explains in detail most of the interrelationship of the various Lyrian ancestors, the manipulated humans, Chinese/Japanese, Mars, Malona and Earth humans.
There is really little physical attributes to single out a particular race or races since humans now residing on Earth has been mixed in more ways than one. Generally speaking most Europeans have direct roots in the Lyrian stock, but that does not make them any more different than others.
However, the main focus should be on the re-incarnated spiritual development of yourself and what direction you choose to go. Some will be more developed than others, but we all can contribute for the good of all. Please participate in the Peace Meditation every 1st and 3rd weekend each month. You'll be joined by 3.5 billion humans from the Plejaren Federation to counteract the negative forces on Earth.
